Her expertise reflects her broad experience: from early work as a management consultant to executive leadership as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a private foundation, strategic clarity, performance improvement, and relationship building have formed the through-lines of Brittany’s career. She brings more than twenty years of experience as a day-to-day leader and manager of teams and departments within the healthcare and nonprofit sectors as well as insights gained from the leadership roles she has played on several nonprofit boards to each of her engagements, placing high value on the relationships she’s developed at each stage along the way.
Committed to continuous growth, Brittany was a proud member of Grantmakers for Effective Organization’s Change Leaders Fellowship program, and recently received certification from The Third Sector for their Interim Executives Academy and Succession Planning Bootcamp, deepening her expertise in leadership transitions and strategic transformation.
Brittany is a strong believer in the power of community, the importance of learning, and the role that energized, connected leaders play in creating change. She's proud to augment her consulting practice with leadership of The Roam Collaborative, an organization she founded in 2022. Since its inception, more than 100 purpose-driven women have gathered for Roam Collaborative events - each designed to inspire new ideas, promote collaboration, support new relationships and imagine future possibilities.
